Walt Carter is the founder of TechBridge Foundation. Over the past forty five years he has led core network engineering and global advisory consulting organizations. He is an expert in cloud environments, automation and infrastructure, having engineered and led global reliability and performance for high-scale services. As a consultant, he has mentored in project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. He is a seasoned technology leader with an operational and strategic approach to technology delivery and design. Passionate about bringing more technology education to at-risk youth, Walt founded TechBridge as a means to provide training that will spur underserved youth on the road to personal and professional prosperity in a world that becomes daily more technology focused.
